Marketing has developed from marketing communications so that in order to learn what consumers need and want, marketers must be able to have a policy using the right communication so that various information about products can be transferred to consumers. For this reason, it is necessary to better understand communication, especially marketing communication in terms of shaping consumer behavior, using analysis from the Marketing Mix. According to Kotler (2016), Marketing mix is the set of marketing tools that the firm uses to pursue its marketing objectives. of this article is to provide insight in the field of marketing communications. The research object used is a Bilcar.idx dealer in x increasing x image in x sales. This research methodology is a literature study from several journals that discuss marketing communications. The existence of communication can make it easier for someone to interact between one individual and another individual.
