Disciplinary violations committed by Trisakti Vocational High School students, such as being late and smoking, are the background to this research. The purpose of this study was to analyze the conformity of peers at Trisakti Vocational High School students with discipline. This research uses quantitative methods. The participants were 949 students in the 2022/2023 academic year, then 255 students were randomly selected. The sampling technique is proportional stratified random sampling. Two psychological scales of the Likert scale model, namely the peer conformity scale and the discipline scale for data collection. The data analysis technique uses a simple regression test. The results showed that there was a negative and statistically significant relationship between peer conformity and discipline (regression coefficient = -0.938, p = 0.000). The value of 0.622 (R Squared) from the determination test confirms that the Peer Conformity variable has a significant effect of 62.2% on discipline in this study.
