The purpose of this study is to analyze the Public Relations strategy in utilizing social media to build the corporate image of PT. Japfa Comfeed Buduran. This study applies a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation, interactive analysis techniques by Miles and Huberman. The results of the study found that 1) Publication is a way of PR in disseminating information, ideas or ideas to the audience. Basically the main task of Public Relations is to create a positive image of the company in the eyes of the public. 2) Event (event), which is a form of activity carried out by PR in the process of disseminating information to the public. 3) News (message/news), namely information communicated to audiences that can be conveyed directly or indirectly. 4) Corporate identity (company image), namely the audience's perspective on a company for all activities carried out, etc.
