Within the organization, there is diversity of ethnicity, culture, religion, and customs. To deal with it, communication is needed between members with different backgrounds. Organizational communication is the interaction between members in the work environment to understand each other and overcome these differences. This study aims to explain how the organizational communication climate of the Republic of Indonesia Radio Public Broadcasting Institute (LPP RRI) Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques carried out by interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the organizational communication climate within the institution is classified as conducive and the communication process continues to run well. With the support of a conducive communication process, openness in giving opinions, and responsiveness in dealing with problems
