The mcd instagram account, @mcdonaldsid, posts various menus, promotions and challenges. Mcdonald also wants to build closeness with consumers by posting holiday greetings, father days greetings, Kartinini's day, etc. The purpose of this study is to find out audience reception on the @mcdonaldsid Instagram account. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the followers of the @mcdonalsid Instagram account, four informants are in a dominant position and one informant is in a negotiating position.
