The Aim Of This Research Is To Determine The Marketing Communication Strategies Used By Diraloka Kisah To Attract Service Users. This Research Employed A Descriptive Qualitative Research Method, Utilizing Interviews And Observations, And Analyzing Qualitative Data Through Data Reduction, Data Presentation, And Conclusion Drawing. The Results Of The Research Indicate That Diraloka Kisah Utilizes Marketing Communication Strategies Such As Offering Standard Prices And Additional Bonuses. Through These Strategies, They Have Increased Their Sales And Captured The Interest Of Related Customers By Relying On Word Of Mouth Or Recommendations From Satisfied Customers To Build A Positive Image And Consumer Trust. Additionally, They Leverage Social Media Platforms And Send Portfolios To Prospective Clients As A Direct Selling Strategy. Furthermore. Diraloka Kisah Has Successfully Implemented Various Effective Marketing Communication Strategies, Including Digital Marketing, Sales Promotions, Personal Selling, And Direct Selling. These Strategies Have Helped Them Survive In The Competitive Wedding Photography Industry.
