The purpose of this study describes the media relations strategy in utilizing online media and print media to build the image of the Sidoarjo DPRD. This study applies a qualitative approach, using interview and observation techniques. the role of the media that can encourage the publication of all information carried out by the Sidoarjo DPRD. Such relationships are like meetings between the media or the press, in openness in every agenda such as press conferences, editorial discussions and hospitality between journalists.
