Implementation of East Java transportation services in Presidential Decree no. 80 of 2019 is presenting Transjatim buses as a mode of transportation in urban agglomeration areas in East Java. The presence of Transjatim buses is expected to reduce the use of private vehicles, overcome traffic jams, and reduce the high number of accidents due to the use of private vehicles. This study aims to determine the strategy used by the East Java Transportation Agency in shaping the image of the Transjatim Bus. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The results of research by doing 3R (Relation, Reputation, Relevance) public relations practitioners can build a positive image, shape public opinion, and maintain good relations between organizations and their publics.
