Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the phenomonological study of motivation for interest in learning in early childhood at Mentari Kecil PAUD. This study applies a qualitative approach, using triangulation data collection techniques and Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis techniques. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative phenomonological study. The data collection technique interviews PAUD parents and teachers, conducts direct observations in the field and documents them to serve as supporting material for researchers. The results of the study found that in the child's learning process, the role of the family, especially parents, is important. How can they pay attention to their children while studying to facilitate their children when at home. However, there are factors that can hinder, for example environmental conditions that are not conducive and have a poor economic family background and lack of knowledge and insight of parents towards children's learning.
