The purpose of conducting the study is to find out whether work ethic behavior, work loyalty behavior, and teamwork have a simultaneous or partial influence on employee performance. The data used in the study was obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents through a google form. The sample in the study was 33 employees. The method used in the study is a quantitative method by processing data using SPSS version 29.0 including validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests and determination coefficient tests. So as to provide results that: (1) work ethic behavior, work loyalty behavior, and teamwork have a simultaneous significant effect on employee performance, (2) work ethic behavior provides results that have a partial significant effect on employee performance, (3) work loyalty behavior provides partial significant results on employee performance, and (4) teamwork provides partial significant results on employee performance
