For hotels to operate efficiently, effective inventory management is crucial, particularly in the Food and Beverage (F&B) department with its high inventory turnover. Manual inventory processes often cause stock data inconsistencies, delays in information access, and difficulties in inventory control. This study develops a website-based hotel inventory application to improve inventory management efficiency. The system is developed using the Waterfall methodology, covering requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Built with PHP using the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture and MySQL database, the application provides features such as user authentication, inventory data management, recording incoming and outgoing goods, and automated inventory reporting. Black Box Testing results indicate that all system functions operate according to user requirements. The implementation of this application supports more efficient inventory management, faster access to inventory information, and real-time inventory monitoring within the hotel environment.
