Abstract

The development of information technology has improved business operations, including workshop spare-part sales. MP Classic Workshop in Sidoarjo still uses manual sales recording, mobile notes for stock management, and face-to-face or social media transactions, which may cause data loss, recording errors, and slower service. This research aims to develop a web-based spare-part sales information system using the Waterfall method, consisting of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The system was designed using UML, Microsoft Visio, and MySQL, and developed with PHP, Apache, and Visual Studio Code. Black Box Testing was conducted on buyer and admin functions, including registration, login, cart, checkout, payment, order tracking, item management, payment verification, and reporting. All testing scenarios were successfully completed without functional errors. The system effectively centralizes transactions, manages stock, and improves sales reporting efficiency.
