A company also needs monitoring because it can be used as a reference for every employee so that their duties can be carried out properly and have a sense of always being target oriented. This study uses communication mini-audit theory. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze organizational communication at PT Telkom Access Sidoarjo towards the implementation of DIQITAL. The approach used in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach with a population of 227 people and a sample of 145 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and documentation with quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of the research on the management aspect are included in the fairly good category, the communication aspect is in the very good category, the organizational aspect is good, and the feedback aspect is included in the good category
