Communication is a process when a person or groups, organizations and communities create and use information to connect with the environment and other people. The purpose of this study was to determine intercultural communication between local communities and migrants in Lebo village. The location chosen by the author is the village of Lebo RT.10 RW.03 Sidoarjo District. The method in this study was to use data analysis in the qualitative study of Miles and Huberman, 1992. The results showed that all informants learned about the culture of the environment in which they lived. Both local communities and immigrant communities have gone through periods of knowing and adapting to each other, so that until now the communication relations between local communities and immigrants have been going well.
