Abstract

Tracking graduate placement is essential for training institutions, yet current manual monitoring processes like email and WhatsApp are inefficient. This study aims to design and develop a Tracer Study Information System for the Vocational and Productivity Training Center (BPVP) in Sidoarjo. Developed using the Waterfall method, the system's requirements were analyzed via the CES and FNF frameworks and modeled using Use Case and Sequence Diagrams. The system features an interactive UI/UX focused on periodic alumni monitoring. Core functionalities include alumni data management, tracer study questionnaire completion, and a real-time reporting dashboard tracking three main statuses: Employed, Self-Employed, and Unemployed. Implementation results demonstrate that the system functions effectively, enabling BPVP Sidoarjo management to monitor alumni data transparently and efficiently to improve future training quality.
