Final-year high school students face a transitional phase that requires them to make crucial decisions regarding their future careers—whether to pursue higher education or enter the workforce. However, many students remain uncertain about their career paths, necessitating an in-depth study of the factors influencing career planning. Career planning intention is a vital aspect to examine, as it reflects students' mental and emotional readiness, as well as the strategies they employ to navigate this transition. This study aims to determine the influence of resilience and social support on the career planning intentions of final-year high school students. A quantitative research method was employed with a sample of 144 students. The results indicate that resilience and social support simultaneously influence career planning intention (F = 98.130; p < 0.001)
