Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational communication, work flexibility, and learning agility on the performance of Generation Z employees at PT. Sinar Pangan Sejahtera. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to Generation Z employees. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3. The results indicate that organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work flexibility also has a positive and significant effect and is the most dominant factor influencing employee performance. Meanwhile, learning agility significantly affects employee performance, although the structural model shows a negative relationship. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly explain employee performance. These findings suggest that improving organizational communication, implementing appropriate work flexibility policies, and enhancing learning agility through continuous employee development can effectively improve the performance of Generation Z employees at PT. Sinar Pangan Sejahtera.
