Abstract

The ordering and sales recapitulation system at Kedai Leluckykopi is still done manually. This is the main obstacle in achieving optimal service efficiency. Reliance on legacy methods often results in errors, such as incorrect order recording and inaccurate daily financial reports. This research aims to transform conventional workflows into a web-based ordering information system integrated with QR-Code technology. The Waterfall software development method ensures a systematic approach from requirements analysis to system maintenance. The research results show that the system successfully allocated access rights optimally. Customers can place orders independently using their smartphone to generate a unique payment code. Meanwhile, cashiers can verify orders, manage menus, and view recaps on the dashboard. This implementation minimizes the risk of recording errors. This system has proven effective in accelerating customer service and improving the accuracy of Kedai Leluckykopi's operational management. Overall, this digital technology innovation is very effective to implement today.
