Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of rice washing water on the growth and yield of purple eggplant and the right dose of rice washing water to produce the highest growth and yield of purple eggplant. The implementation of this study used a field experiment method with a randomized block design (RBD) pattern which consisted of one experimental factor and consisted of seven treatment levels and was repeated three times. All quantitative data from observations were processed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) if there were significant or very significant differences followed by the Honest Significant Difference Test (BNJ).  The poc dose of rice washing water that produced the highest fruit weight was 300 ml. The poc dose of rice washing water that produces the highest root length is 200ml.
