This study aimed to examine whether the scheduling of Arabic language classes in morning and afternoon sessions affects students’ learning interest at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman. A quantitative approach with a causal-comparative (ex post facto) design was employed. The population consisted of Class XII students, with 40 participants selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and supporting documentation. The instrument was validated and demonstrated high reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0.948). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and linear regression. The findings showed that the data met normality and homogeneity assumptions. Although the average learning interest of morning-class students was slightly higher than that of afternoon-class students, the difference was not statistically significant (Sig. = 0.948 > 0.05). The coefficient of determination was 0.001, indicating that class scheduling contributed only 0.1% to students’ learning interest. Therefore, class timing was not a significant factor influencing learning interest.
