Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty using Shopeepay in Sidoarjo. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study used an accidental sampling technique, with a total of 96 respondents from Shopeepay users in Sidoarjo City. Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed through questionnaires. Data processing in this study used the SPSS 22 (Statistical Program for the Social Sciences) software program. The results showed that: Promotion affects Customer Loyalty using Shopeepay in Sidoarjo City, Service Quality affects Customer Loyalty using Shopeepay in Sidoarjo City, Customer Satisfaction affects Customer Loyalty using Shopeepay in Sidoarjo City.
