This study aims to analyze village government coordination in implementing physical development through a self-managed system in Ketapang Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants included the Village Head, village officials, BPD, TPK, neighborhood leaders, and community members. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The study applied Hasibuan’s coordination theory consisting of unity of action,communication,division of labor,and discipline. The findings show that coordination in village physical development was fairly effective in increasing community participation and supporting program implementation. However,several obstacles remained,including untimely communication,limited stakeholder involvement,and division of labor that was not fully aligned with technical capacities. Although discipline in following regulations and formal decisions was relatively good,consistency in implementation still needs improvement. Effective coordination requires integrated communication,stakeholder involvement,competency-based task distribution,and consistent discipline.
