Financial management at the early childhood education level often faces administrative challenges due to the use of conventional methods. Aisyiyah 6 Candi Kindergarten faces obstacles in monitoring cash flow in real time because recording still relies on ledgers and spreadsheets, which also makes it difficult to synchronize data with parents. This study aims to design and build an intuitive Web-Based Financial Information System for school staff. The methodology used is Extreme Programming (XP) with planning, design, coding, and testing stages to ensure adaptive development. The results show that the system successfully integrates student data management, teacher payroll, and profit and loss report recapitulation automatically. Black-box testing validated that all functions ran according to specifications, including the billing notification feature via WhatsApp, which has been proven to increase transparency and efficiency of financial communication between the school and parents.Downloads
