Abstract

Developments that occur in the business world are getting faster, every business has its own strategy to compete in the business world. The same goes for the coffee shop business, one of which is the “JO KOPI” coffee shop. The purpose of this study is to find out how the AISAS strategy is implemented to increase the number of "JO KOPI" customers based on the use of Instagram social media accounts. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using secondary and primary data sources. The data collection method was carried out using interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that the use of new media as part of the marketing strategy by the coffee shop "JO KOPI" has been going very well.
