Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job insecurity and work stress on the turnover intention of PT. Mega Initiative Engineering Indonesia in Trosobo, Sidoarjo. This study uses a quantitative approach, the sample used is 52 employees. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis method used SPSS version 26 and tested the research instrument, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test (classical assumption test) and t test, f test, coefficient of determination/R² (multiple linear regression). The results of this study found that Job Insecurity had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Job Stress had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, and Job Insecurity and Job Stress simultaneously had an effect on Turnover Intention.
