Inovasi Electronic Human Development Worker (e-HDW) dalam Konteks Transformasi Digital Posyandu di Desa Keper Kecamatan Krembung Kabupaten Sidoarjo

This study aims to analyze and described the implementation of the e-HDW application as a digital innovation in posyandu services in Keper Village, Krembung District, Sidoarjo Regency, using Rogers’ Diffusion of Innovation theory, which includes five indicators: relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability. e-HDW improves the efficiency and accuracy of data recording compared to the manual system. In terms of compatibility, the application aligns with health data recording and village reporting needs. In terms of complexity, technical issues such as system errors, slow loading, and data synchronization failures are still encountered. Regarding trialability, the application is easy to learn and can be directly used by cadres during posyandu activities. Meanwhile, in terms of observability, the results can be seen through scores and percentage-based service achievements, facilitating evaluation. Overall, e-HDW supports the digital transformation of village health services, although technical improvements are still needed for optimal implementation.
