This study describes the implementation of nature-based science learning for fifth-grade students at SD Alam Al Izzah Krian using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results show that learning was well-planned by integrating cognitive goals, science process skills, and environmental awareness. The implementation involved direct exploration of the environment, allowing students to identify ecosystem components and their interactions. The use of diorama projects as authentic assessment proved effective in enhancing students’ understanding, creativity, collaboration, and responsibility. Overall, nature-based learning increased student engagement, conceptual understanding, and scientific attitudes.
