Abstract

This study aims to analyze the empowerment of leather bag artisans in Kludan Village through digital marketing using a descriptive qualitative method. The results indicate that the empowerment program was well-planned and implemented through digital marketing training in 2024, although it remains hindered by low digital literacy. The use of digital marketing has helped expand the market and sustain businesses post-pandemic, though it has not yet fully restored economic conditions. The program also prioritizes SME operators with limitations through mentoring, streamlined NIB registration, as well as capital and production equipment assistance. Additionally, continuous training, mentoring, and monitoring have proven to enhance the digital skills of SME operators, particularly in online marketing, product packaging, and digital media-based promotion.
