The Effect of the Let’s Read Digital Application on Students Interest in Reading at Elementary School

The low reading interest of elementary school students indicates the need to increase reading interest through the application of learning media that are in accordance with the development of the digital era, one of which is through the Digital Let's Read Application. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of using the Digital Let's Read Application on the reading interest of elementary school students. This study used a one-group pretest-posttest design with a saturated sample. Data were collected using a reading interest questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive analysis, the N-Gain test, and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Thus, it can be concluded that the Digital Let's Read Application has a significant effect on increasing the reading interest of elementary school students. The results showed an increase in students' reading interest scores after the implementation of the Digital Let's Read Application with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
