This study examines the effectiveness of the SIKS-NG application in improving social welfare in Kludan Village. Informants were selected through purposive sampling, focusing on individuals with deep knowledge of SIKS-NG implementation, including village operators. Primary data were gathered through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, while secondary data were obtained from literature studies. Data were analyzed through reduction, descriptive presentation, and conclusion drawing, with attention to validity and reliability. The findings indicate that SIKS-NG supports accurate and transparent social assistance data collection and distribution, although data validity issues remain because of limited features and the need for manual verification. In terms of integration, the application connects the village government and the Social Service, but lacks direct communication and public outreach features. Regarding adaptation, the system responds well to regulatory changes and is supported by operator training, yet still requires feedback mechanisms and stronger technical support.
