The purpose of this study is to “evaluate and explain the function of village government in Tropodo Village, Krian District, Sidoarjo Regency in reducing stunting.” This study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive methodology. Interviews, observations, notes, and primary and secondary sources of information were used in the data collection process. The authors used a purposive sampling method to select village cadres, cadre leaders, civil servants, and integrated health posts (Posyandu). They used the steps outlined by Miles and Huberman for data analysis, which include data collection, data cleaning, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The existing findings describe the Tropodo Village government as the first to provide. Posyandu equipment. Second, the availability of the budget allocated by the Tropodo Village government for stunting prevention activities; third, partnerships where health workers teach about how to prevent stunting; and fourth, community participation where people in Tropodo Village support this program.
