The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the implementation of e-government through Online Via Services (PLAVON) in the Kajeksan Village Government, Tulangan district, Sidoarjo Regency using a qualitative descriptive method with an approach through observation, interviews and documentation and using primary and secondary data types. In this study, the authors used a purposive sampling technique. The theory used in this study is the theory of e-government implementation according to Indrajit (2002). There are 5 indicators in this theory, namely data infrastructure, legal infrastructure, institusional infrastructur, human infrastructure and technology infrastructure. However, in this study the focus of the research uses 3 indicators namely legal infrastructure, human infrastructure and technology infrastructure. First. the legal infrastructure indicator uses legal guidelines for the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 7 of 2019 conceming online Population Administration Services.
