This study aims to describe the implementation of the web-based Village Index application for data collection and development monitoring in Keper Village, Krembung District. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses Charles O. Jones’ policy implementation theory, which includes organization, interpretation, and application indicators. The results show that the organizational aspect is supported by human resources and infrastructure, although task adjustments occur due to the vacant position of the Head of Government Affairs, which is handled by the Head of Service Affairs. In the interpretation aspect, village officials gain understanding through socialization and technical guidance, although some learning is conducted independently. In the application aspect, data input, uploading, verification, and validation processes have been implemented properly. The Village Index score of 83.17 categorizes Keper Village as an Independent Village. However, technical issues persist, such as data inaccessibility and system disruptions near deadlines.
