This study aims to explore teachers’ strategies in implementing anti-bullying programs at SDN Tenggulunan Candi, Sidoarjo. The research is motivated by the increase in negative student behavior after face-to-face learning resumed following the COVID-19 pandemic, such as mocking, aggressive behavior, and the tendency of students to form limited social groups. This study uses a qualitative approach with research subjects consisting of teachers, students, and the Anti-Bullying Task Force Team. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that teachers apply preventive and curative strategies, such as habituating positive behavior, enforcing school discipline, guiding students, and collaborating with parents. The implementation of the anti-bullying program has a positive impact on the school environment. It helps create a safer and more comfortable learning atmosphere, marked by a decrease in bullying behavior and increased empathy and positive interaction among students.
