Abstract

The photography and videography industry has long switched to mirrorless camera systems, technology is not immune to damage so a system is needed that can diagnose mirrorless camera damage practically, in order to make it easier for the wider community to find out mirrorless camera damaged quickly and easily. The design of the expert system implements the PHP programing language with design tools using HeidiSQL and Sublime Text. The method used is forward chaining, this system works by analyzing facts to reach a result or conclusion. The result of testing this system with blackbox pungut where 10 scenarios were successful without obstacles, starting with collecting user answer then being calculated to get diagnostic result automatically. The conclusion of this application is able to detect damage to thr mirrorless camera that occurs
