Manual raw material inventory management is often an obstacle to operational efficiency, as experienced by Papaloma Restaurant. Recording through notebooks or simple spreadsheets is prone to errors, data loss, and makes real-time stock tracking difficult. This research aims to design and develop a web-based raw material inventory information system to optimize inventory management. The method used is Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC), encompassing problem identification, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance. The system provides features such as item data management, recording incoming and outgoing goods, low stock notifications, and transaction reports accessible by Super Admin and Admin. Results show the system accelerates raw material recording, improves data accuracy, and provides real-time information to support strategic decision making
