Elaborasi Manajemen Lembaga Pendidikan Islam Terhadap Pencegahan Konflik: Tinjauan Dalam Perspektif Islam

Conflict in schools are serious challenges that require the strengthening of Islamic educational institutions' management systems that focus on character building. Through structured management, institutions will be able to create a safe, civilized environment that supports students' social and emotional development. This study aims to analyze existing conflict prevention management in an Islamic educational institution. Analysis through observation, interviews, and documentation is needed to explore conflict prevention practices and strategies in Islamic educational institutions. The results of the study found conflict prevention strategies through strengthening teacher professional ethics, a dialogical approach, a religious school culture, and the involvement of the community around the school. With a management model that is integrated with spirituality, it is hoped that a sustainable conflict prevention system can be developed and applied more widely as a reference for humanistic education in accordance with Islamic values.
