This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Village Asset Management System (SIPADES) in Tambak Kalisogo Village using Edward III's (1980) policy implementation theory, which includes communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that implementers understood the objectives and functions of SIPADES, but the dissemination of information on application updates and access changes was not continuous. In terms of resources, operators are assigned according to their duties and supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure.The disposition indicator shows that implementers have a basic understanding of how to use SIPADES, although there are still obstacles in implementing all stages of the application. The bureaucratic structure is reflected in the existence of SOPs as work guidelines, but their Implementation is still related to coordination and integration with other village administration applications.
