This study aims to analyze the magnitude of the influence of school well-being and self-efficacy on academic cheating among secondary school students. This research method uses a explanatory quantitative type. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling. The population of SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Surabaya consists of 367 students. The sample obtained in this study is 160 students from SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Surabaya. Classical assumption tests and linear regression tests were performed using IBM SPSS. The results of the analysis show that school well-being and self-efficacy simultaneously have a significant negative effect on academic dishonesty (F = 192.384; p < 0.001). Furthermore, in the partial analysis, self-efficacy had a more dominant influence (β = -0.559) compared to school well-being (β = -0.341). These findings demonstrate that the school environment and students' internal beliefs are important resources for the development of academic integrity.
