This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and job stress on quiet quitting among Gen Z workers in the East Java region. The research employed a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was purposive, with criteria requiring respondents to be between 18 and 30 years old, be employed within the East Java region. The research design was explanatory. Data was collected using scales for quiet quitting, workload, and job stress, all with Cronbach's alpha values above 0.726, from a total of 313 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that job stress and workload positively affect quiet quitting. This research is expected to provide an empirical contribution to the development of occupational psychology studies, as well as serve as a practical consideration for organizations in managing workload and job stress more effectively to minimize the tendency towards quiet quitting.
