Abstract

At the Honda Mega Persada Mandiri Dealership in Sidoarjo, the purpose of the study is to ascertain how employee performance is affected by work stress, communication, and the work environment. This kind of research is quantitative and uses a questionnaire to collect data. Total sampling was used as the method of sampling, with 100 Honda Mega Persada Mandiri Sidoarjo Dealer employees serving as the sample. The validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing were the data analysis techniques used to process the data. Communication and the work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, while work stress has a negative and significant impact on employee performance, according to this study's findings. Employee performance at the Honda Mega Persada Mandiri Sidoarjo Dealer has been shown to be positively and significantly impacted by work stress, communication, and the work environment.
