Web-Based Information System with QR Code for Matching Motorcycle Condition Data at a Motorcycle Dealer

The recording and verification of motorcycle condition data at ALFAR 46 MOTOR dealership are still conducted manually, which may cause recording errors and difficulties in matching vehicle data. These issues reduce accuracy and efficiency in data management. This study aims to develop a web-based information system integrated with QR Code technology to support faster and more accurate motorcycle condition data matching. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system provides features for managing motorcycle data, recording vehicle conditions, generating QR Codes, and scanning QR Codes to display vehicle information instantly. Black-box testing was conducted to ensure all system functions operate according to user requirements. The results show that the developed system improves efficiency and reduces recording errors in dealership operations.
