Designing a Campus E-Procurement System Using the Scrum Method

Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo is a private university in East Java that is committed to becoming a superior and innovative educational institution in the development of science and technology. It needs adequate facilities to improve student education so that they can learn better. Therefore, Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University often conducts auction activities to fulfil existing facilities. However, the implementation is still manual, such as sending bidding letters to partners, price quotes, requesting order requests, and determining winners. This research was conducted to design and build an E-Procurement information system website used in the auction activities of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University. The research method used is the scrum method because it is flexible, while the research was conducted at Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University. The result of this research is that the E-Procurement information system can help DPAL, Vice Rector II, and the Rector to conduct auctions and monitoring more easily.
