This study analyzes the influence of digital leadership and the use of the Afresto information technology application on school performance at Hang Tuah 4 Senior High School, Surabaya. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed with SEM-PLS (SmartPLS 3.0), including outer and inner model testing. The results show that all variables are valid and reliable (AVE > 0.50; high Composite Reliability and Cronbach’s Alpha), with an R² value of 0.810 indicating strong explanatory power. Thus, digital leadership and Afresto information technology make a substantial contribution to improving school performance.
