Supply Chain Operations Reference dan Analytic Network Process untuk Penentuan Strategi Efisiensi Rantai Pasok Minuman

Internal supply chain efficiency is a critical aspect for contract manufacturing companies with a make-to-order production system, as it directly influences operational costs, asset utilization, and the smoothness of business processes. This study aims to identify key factors affecting internal supply chain efficiency and determine improvement priorities. The Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model is applied to evaluate performance using five attributes: reliability, responsiveness, agility, cost, and asset management efficiency. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to stakeholders directly involved in supply chain activities. Indicators with relatively low performance scores were selected as influential variables and further analyzed using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method to capture interrelationships among factors. The results indicate that asset management efficiency has the highest priority weight, with indicators X29 and X30 identified as the most influential. These findings emphasize that effective asset and inventory management are essential for improving internal supply chain efficiency.
