Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Work Life Balance, Employee Engagement, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at gas stations (SPBU) in Sidoarjo. The study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study is all employees of gas stations in the Sidoarjo area working in various sections, including operators, administration, and supervisors. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total of 104 respondents. Data collection techniques involve primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) version 4.0. The results of this study indicate that Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
