This study aims to determine the effect of social support and self-management on academic burnout among final- year students at X University in Sidoarjo. The method used in this study is quantitative correlational, involving 322 respondents selected through quota sampling. The instruments used included an academic burnout scale, a social support scale, and a self-management scale. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of JASP version 19 software to determine the effect of each independent variable on academic burnout. The results showed that social support and self-management together contributed 16.3% to academic burnout. Based on the partial test, the variables of social support and self-management had a significant effect on academic burnout (p < 0.05). The negative direction of this relationship indicates that the higher the social support and self-management skills possessed by individuals, the lower their academic burnout.
