The religious environment can be built through the application of Islamic values in everyday school life. This is believed to be one of the factors that can encourage increased integrity and loyalty among teachers. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of the religious environment in shaping the integrity and loyalty of teachers in Islamic educational institutions based on the thoughts of Imam Al-Ghazali. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Tulangan. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that religious practices integrated into school culture contributed to strengthening teachers' integrity in terms of honesty, responsibility, and professional work ethic. This is also influenced by the consistent application of religious values, leadership patterns, and school management policies. Al-Ghazali explains that integrity and loyalty are the result of tazkiyatun nafs through continuous spiritual guidance in a conducive environment.
