Film today functions not only as entertainment but also as a medium for conveying moral values. High & Low The Movie 3: Final Mission is an international film that strongly represents such messages. This study aims to analyze the representation of moral values in the film using Roland Barthes’ semiotic approach. A qualitative descriptive method was applied through the analysis of denotation, connotation, and myth in selected scenes. Data were obtained from film observation and supporting literature. The findings show that the film conveys moral values of solidarity, courage, and sacrifice through the actions of its main characters. Additionally, the film challenges dominant myths of power and individual heroism by emphasizing collective resistance against injustice. The study concludes that film is an effective medium for delivering moral messages and shaping social awareness.
