Abstract

Jasa Raharja services at the Sidoarjo Samsat Office still face several challenges in service processes, including manual claim data recording, lengthy information verification, and reporting systems that are not fully computerized. These conditions reduce efficiency and increase the risk of data errors. PT Jasa Raharja, as a state owned enterprise, plays an important role in providing protection and compensation for traffic accident victims. This study aims to design and develop a web based Jasa Raharja service information system using the Waterfall method, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system is developed using React JS for the frontend, Express JS for the backend, and MySQL as the database. Testing is conducted using Black Box Testing and a Likert scale to measure user satisfaction. Results show system functions operate properly and user satisfaction reaches 88.53 percent indicating high effectiveness overall performance.
